On four separate occasions, she water... read more Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with both product and service— but only when the owner is serving customers. On four separate occasions, she watered down my iced tea so much to save a tiny amount of money that it was almost colorless. Each time I complained, she aggressively directed me to the straw and napkin station, insisting that if you ask for ice in your black iced tea, it will inevitably be colorless. I assured her that she is the only person I’ve ever seen serve black iced tea this way—at her store or anywhere else. Black iced tea is not supposed to be clear or colorless. I’m fed up with her rude, dishonest, and manipulative behavior. I used to stop by this location every workday, but never again. This owner lost a loyal customer over a few cents. Probably the most rude and deceitful business owner I've ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, management se... read more This Dunkin' is just like any other location, with the same products you’d expect. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Unfortunately, management seems to overlook this, which likely explains the high staff turnover. I’ve been coming here twice a day for the past three years, but I’m starting to consider supporting a business that truly values its employees instead of letting management’s ego take credit for the store’s success, which really belongs to the hardworking staff providing the service.

The staff treated us disrespectfully,... read more My experience at Dunkin' was extremely disappointing due to the manager's rude behavior and the poor service we received. The staff treated us disrespectfully, and even though we had paid for our order, we never received our food from the menu. The manager falsely accused us of not paying and even called the police. When the officers arrived, they confirmed our payment with the receipts we had, yet we still did not get all the items we ordered. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in the U.S. A restaurant with such management should not remain in business, as it undermines customer rights. I would not recommend this Dunkin' location to anyone.

One of the staff members, Natalia, was incredibly rude and thought it was appropriate to use profanity towards customers. With that kind of attitude, she shouldn't be in a customer-facing position. I intend to reach out to corporate about her behavior. I will never come back to this location—it's just terrible and unprofessional. Her remarks could truly get her into trouble.
