Dunkin' - Willowbrook
Dunkin'
Description
Convenient and popular with office crowds, this Dunkin' offers dependable drinks and sandwiches with generally friendly, efficient staff handling both online and in-person orders. The café can be busy and sometimes understaffed, leading to waits. However, inconsistent product quality and troubling management behavior — including order mishandling and confrontational interactions — have driven away loyal customers. Expect polite baristas, solid menu staples, and mixed overall experiences depending on managerial oversight.

The staff stays composed even during busy times at the restaurant. They efficiently manage both online and in-person orders, demonstrating outstanding customer service. My drink and sandwich were both delicious!
This restaurant is conveniently situated close to my office. It often gets quite busy and sometimes seems a bit understaffed. Nonetheless, the staff are always courteous, prompt, and genuinely attentive to the needs of their customers. You might experience a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it.
I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was delightful. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with both product and service— but only when the owner is serving customers. On four separate occasions, she watered down my iced tea so much to save a tiny amount of money that it was almost colorless. Each time I complained, she aggressively directed me to the straw and napkin station, insisting that if you ask for ice in your black iced tea, it will inevitably be colorless. I assured her that she is the only person I’ve ever seen serve black iced tea this way—at her store or anywhere else. Black iced tea is not supposed to be clear or colorless. I’m fed up with her rude, dishonest, and manipulative behavior. I used to stop by this location every workday, but never again. This owner lost a loyal customer over a few cents. Probably the most rude and deceitful business owner I've ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs.
This Dunkin' is just like any other location, with the same products you’d expect. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Unfortunately, management seems to overlook this, which likely explains the high staff turnover. I’ve been coming here twice a day for the past three years, but I’m starting to consider supporting a business that truly values its employees instead of letting management’s ego take credit for the store’s success, which really belongs to the hardworking staff providing the service.
