Always a Chicago favorite! Love to come here when I'm visiting. Nice to see that there is now one in Orlando FL. This is the beginning of Shout Out: great customer service, will definitely be back!

Visited this place as our first visit to Portillos of all time. Amazingly from the amount of food that they crank out through the drive and inside. Enjoy a decent Italian beef sausage sandwich, a Chicago Dog, a baked mustaccioli and a spicy chicken sandwich. In any case, a great place to get something fast, but have better of any of these things elsewhere. The great value, fast service and decent food is hard to argue.

Big burgers, hot dogs and the best beef in town. Always try to eat in Portillo when I find one. It's so good.

I have a hot dog, pommes and a piece of chocolate cake and it was all good. I love this restaurant. Everything is always good, every time I come. I liked this place for a long time, and I can say that they agree with their food, their quality and everything else. It is good to know that I had a good experience at almost all locations of this restaurant, including this. This location is cool and the ambience is casual. Your staff are nice and friendly. The service is also fast. I was happy with the few foods I bought. Everything was perfect. The hot dog is delicious. The frits are crispy and well seasoned, and there is a generous part. Not least the chocolate cake, which tastes absolutely amazing. It's a place where I could definitely go without hesitation. I couldn't ask for more because literally everything I could order is always good. I didn't get the wrong or missing food in my order. Sometimes I ask for something in my order, and the staff would like to join this special request from me. All in all, I just want to say that this is a good restaurant and definitely one of the must-go-to-spots.

We had an awesome experience at Portillo 's! My personal favorite is a Chicago dog (pic included). I didn 't get a pic of the rest of the family 's food because I clearly was only interested in mine! Portillo 's employee, Tommy was the cherry on top of our great experience. I 've never experienced such warm and caring hospitality from a restaurant before. Tommy was friendly, kind and went above and beyond for my family. The next time I 'm in the Chicago area I 'll definitely be coming back! Till next time!
