Willow Grove Park is a classic shopping mall featuring three levels filled with various retail stores. It boasts several major anchors, including Macy's and Bloomingdale's, so you're sure to find what you need somewhere in the mall. For dining options, there are food courts and several restaurants available if you're looking to grab a bite to eat. The fully operational carousel at the main entrance is a delightful sight and is cherished by both children and adults. The shopping center is clean and well-maintained, though the public restrooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning, as could the food court. There's also plenty of parking available for visitors.

I frequently visit this mall and really enjoy it because there’s always something new in the food court or a new store to explore. I appreciate that it’s not too large; the number of shops and the size of the mall are just right for me. It’s the ideal place for a last-minute shopping trip—not overwhelming like King of Prussia or dull like Philadelphia Mills.

I've been coming here often, and I really enjoy it. However, if you're not a fan of teenagers, you might want to be cautious. The location is convenient, with many shops nearby as well as a train and bus station. The mall itself is beautiful, featuring a wide variety of stores and plenty of food options.

Great looking mall and huge. Was very slow when we stopped by. Went to apple store to get an iPhone. Guy said we had to make an appointment so made it for 10 mins later. Walked in and had to wait almost 45 mins to walk out with the phone. Better to order online if you have the time. Otherwise mall is cool, food court is awesome

I remember when Willow Grove Park first opened. I think Bloomingdale's is the only original dept store left. The stores that are left aren't great but it's nice for a getaway. It's an hour drive for me to get there. I have family in the area.
