I believe Kelly is the name of the woman I've seen each time (terrible with names), and her energy is just so absolutely infectious. Every time I've been there andseen her she's happy, outgoing, and just all around pleasant to speak to. But when it's Jen, Emma, and Kelly all there it'sclear they all have a great work relationship and get things done. Now about my food: Each time it's been so good. I'm given howlong it's expected to take, and when my food comes out it's hot and just absolutely super tasty. I've never had an issue cominghere and I plan to come back many more times.

However, after waiting 25 mins for the food, my fries should NOT have been cold. Had a carry a big brown bag with no handle and 2 drinkswithout a cupholder. Asked the cashier for a cupholder, she tells me to wait a minute and still continued to take the nextcustomer. The guy who was fixing food, walked over and gave me the cup holder. During this process, the other food prep workershad no respect for the customers in the lobby with the swearing and profanity. It was unprofessional, distasteful. You neverknow who might be in an establishment.
