I found this restaurant to be underwhelming. I ordered the strip steak with potatoes and asparagus, but the asparagus ended up being the highlight of the dish. The steak lacked any seasoning—no salt, no pepper—resulting in a bland taste. The potatoes were equally flavorless. On top of that, the service was surprisingly slow, especially considering it was a quiet Monday night. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. I hosted my bridal shower at Sol Willoughby on Sunday, and everything was fantastic. The staff, the food, and the service were all exceptional—there wasn't a single thing to complain about. They even packaged up all the leftovers for us to take home. I particularly loved the chicken and waffles alongside the truffle potatoes and mixed fruit. My family had a wonderful time as well. Thank you for helping me celebrate my special day!
The service was friendly, but quite slow, which suited our group since we were enjoying each other's company. The rigatoni was not marked as spicy on the menu, yet it had quite a bit of heat. Unfortunately, two members of our party couldn't handle the spice, and when we brought it to the server's attention, they mentioned they would inform their manager. Eventually, they returned to say that Manager Rachel would offer a half-price discount on the barely touched dish. It felt like she was more interested in disputing the issue rather than addressing our concerns, especially considering we are all restaurant professionals ourselves. Overall, the experience was: Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 5.
