The restaurant features some interesting menu choices, but the food I received was merely average at best. While the atmosphere was decent, it felt a bit like a cafeteria. Furthermore, the staff appeared to be quite disorganized and forgetful; they even lost track of my order, despite my having already paid and sitting right in front of them.
From the moment I walked in, I felt uneasy. The atmosphere was too exclusive and cliquish for my liking. We couldn't fully explore the book selection because we kept having to weave around a line of people placing their food orders. In the end, I chose not to eat there.
I truly enjoyed the food! However, I think the sandwiches could be a bit larger, especially given the price of $9.50.
We were delighted to find a café and bookstore when we entered for lunch. The ambiance was quite charming, with distinctive bookshelves and appealing table setups. However, the food and service were merely average. The prices seemed a bit steep given the quality of the meals, which unfortunately led to an upset stomach for me. Overall, we can’t recommend this establishment.
