Description
At Williston's Starbucks, customer experiences swing between delight and disappointment. While many patrons applaud the exceptionally friendly staff—often going above and beyond with personalized touches and kindness—others lament the disorganization and inefficiencies that lead to prolonged wait times and order mix-ups. The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and I always feel welcomed whenever I visit. Wait times can range from short to long because the place is usually crowded, but that's typical for most Starbucks locations. I would rate the service as a 5 out of 5. The meal type is breakfast, and the price per person is between $10 and $20.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure the customers have a great experience. I can't wait to come back! Perfect place to bring kids (as long as they are well-behaved) after school. The staff are especially kind to the little ones. The food is in a category of its own, with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant has been declining recently. While some of the staff are attentive and truly care about your order, others appear tired of their work and only show up because they feel obligated to. Yesterday, I placed an order through the mobile app in a hurry. Even though the food was ready when I arrived, I was informed that the coffee stickers had not printed. Frustrated, I left and returned later for the coffee while my wife stayed for her appointment. I waited for another 30 minutes until my name was finally called out by a barista. However, when I responded and tried to get her attention, she ignored me and moved away without making my drink. After another 5 minutes, she called out my name again and finally saw me, making my order. In total, it took 50 minutes for one drink, two cake pops, and a ham and cheese croissant. To add to the disappointment, the drink was completely wrong and missing the cream on top, which was the main reason I had ordered it in the first place. I understand that new baristas may have been in training, but the excessive wait time at that hour of the day was unacceptable.
I have never encountered a friendlier and kinder staff at a coffee shop, especially at a Starbucks. I would return just for the crew! Rose was the cashier who helped me pick out a drink and even wrote "have a pawsome day" with a cat on my cup.
