The night shift crew is great.. I ordered a 12-piece chicken stripe flour. But they forgot my cookies. I called them and told them that the manager was so nice. I went back for the cookies. They apologized and left some cookies in the bag for the family.. They didn't have to, but they did. These are the little things that count for me, especially what is going on all over the world.. Thanks night shift crew for my experience in KFC wonderful and I will definitely come back..
The food was great. The manager was even better. He got the wrong chicken pieces and he went over and beyond to make it right.
You combined mac and cheese with my potatoes and gravy, and I have to say, they taste amazing together! Thank you for this unexpected and delightful experience.
