We witnessed some custo... read more A big shout out to the dedicated staff at the Williston VT location tonight! They were working incredibly hard, managing multiple roles. We witnessed some customers being verbally rude and leaving nasty notes, simply because they had to wait longer than usual. Despite facing a lot of negativity, the staff maintained their smiles and kindness. Thank you to everyone who was working there tonight! We see the effort you put in, and we truly appreciate you!

Restaurant wasn’t busy, and there was only one other person waiting... read more Ordered online, showed up a few minutes early and ended up waiting ages for the to go order. Restaurant wasn’t busy, and there was only one other person waiting for a pick up order in front of us. Once we got our food, the appetizer sampler was made incorrectly (and the sauce from the wrong item got all over the other food). After waiting for it to be fixed, we only got 1/3 of the sampler back in return. After a long time of waiting, we got the whole sampler made correctly, but a quick in and out order turned into 30-40 minutes of waiting around for a mess up.
