Every time I am handed my bag, it's heavy enough that I wonder if I got someone else's order. I've never been disappointed at the location

10/10 Quick service, good staff, good portions. I wouldn't recommend visiting this Taco Bell after 9 PM unless you're prepared to wait around 40 minutes for just three tacos. The staff, mostly young employees... read more I wouldn't recommend visiting this Taco Bell after 9 PM unless you're prepared to wait around 40 minutes for just three tacos. The staff, mostly young employees, often step outside for breaks, which leads to delays in fulfilling orders.

So, I went inside, place a take out order and asked for the online order. I got the online order 10 min. Before the online order.Only 1 employee smiled. The rest ignored me for 10 min.I have never been in a Taco Bell that had service this bad.The employees were also singing load and cusing.

The employees were rude... read more I 've been in the area for the last couple weeks due to my husbands job. I stopped by a couple weeks ago and decided to grab something. The employees were rude and my food was made incorrectly. Unfortunately I didnt know until I was already back in conroe with my husband. I was around again today and decided to drop by to give them another chance. The lady working today had a bit better attitude, but you can tell she was ready to go. My quesadilla had hardly any meat and very little cheese despite paying for extra. It was like eating nothing but tortilla. I 'll definitely be driving back to conroe first if I decide to eat taco bell again while im here. But it sure as heck wont be this location.. paying $6 for something thats practically tortilla is just not on my to do again list. Id find another if you can.. seems to always be something and im really not even that picky.. I just want what I paid and asked for is all?.
