The service was excellent, with attentive staff refilling drinks promptly. I typically prefer my BBQ without sauce, but the homemade sauce served here was the perfect complement to the smoky meats. The ribs, brisket, and chicken were all delicious, with the brisket standing out for its flavorful, juicy cuts. The sides were average, but the cold, brownish potato salad was a standout for me. Overall, the presentation of the food was well-executed, adding to the excitement of dining at this BBQ spot. We've been looking for good bbq for a long time and finally found it at Early's BBQ. We hadn't been here before so I ordered the plate with a little of everythi... read more We've been looking for good bbq for a long time and finally found it at Early's BBQ. We hadn't been here before so I ordered the plate with a little of everything. The brisket was so flavorful deep into the meet. Perfect smoke ring and smoke flavor throught. Same with the ribs, sausage and chicken. Didn't even need sauce, BUT the sauce was amazing. Great flavor with the perfect amount of kick right at the back of your throat. My mouth is watering writing this review! The potato salad and beans were the best I've had anywhere. And you can't leave without getting some of the best banana pudding you've ever had (award winning from what we were told and I sure believe it). Make the drive and get some really good food. Saturday and Sunday only though. Also wanted to say that this was our first time there and we ended up hanging out for a couple of hours. They made us feel like family. Thanks y'all. They told me if I would call a day or two before, they could adjust ingredients so I could have food too. Very friendly. They have been there for 50 years!! I definitely recommend this place!!
