In addition to traditional tipping, they have a mandatory 2.5% “culinary appreciation fee” added to the check without an option to change it. I would be a fan if you ditch the appreciation fee and stick to the traditional tip.

Smash burger looked great on paper but the meat wasn't seasoned in any way. Crème brûlée is my go to, but this seemed liked it was bruleed and put back in the fridge? Also could have been that the server was very slow to serve it, as it came well after the burger that was ordered at the same time.Cheese board, scallops and fingerling potatoes were great.
