Moe's Southwest Grill - Willimantic

I spotted five rats while I was eating, and I saw the staff scratching themselves inappropriately. The food was soggy, the service was poor, and overall, I felt really unwell. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Moe's is always my top choice over Chipotle, and this location is especially impressive with its freshness. I love stopping by here after my workout since Planet Fitness is right next door. The food is consistently fresh and delicious! After trying the steak and chicken combo at Moe's, I don't think I'll ever return to Chipotle.

I really enjoy dining at Moe's, so it's disappointing that I might have to stop coming to this location because the staff can't seem to get it right. Having worked in restaurants myself for many years, I can see that they lack basic standards. Edit: After visiting the much better location in Storrs, I made another important observation. I'm starting to think this location has been consistently mischarging me and overcharging for things, like charging for a drink on Stack Thursday. It's also worth mentioning that the line in Storrs is clean, the food is fresh, and it tastes significantly better there.

Employees themselves are plenty courteous and efficient, store isnt in shambles or anything. I used to eat here a lot more frequently, but the last 2-3 times i got my usual (a burrito bowl), it has come with literally half the food they used to give. im talking, i can see the bottom of the bowl before i open it- empty. I'm not expecting more meat or cheese or anything, but at least give me enough rice? for $12 a bowl? i think i'll be going to storrs or chipotle.

Need to keep the messy guys doing other things .,and let the girls serve.they keep things clean!!!!!
