The Wickham Boatshed

First visitors. We were booked a table of six for 11:00. The staff were energetic and friendly and worked hard there all the time. Although we have long waited for our food to arrive when it was well presented, tasty and abundantly served. Meals were also served on warm plates, a bit tickling from me, as I never know, put hot food on cold plates. The coffee was good and the view spectacular. I think we found our new breakfast place.

One of the few places where the food is actually as good as the view! Great service and welcoming people. Ordered the mushroom bruschetta, which, as per pics is half devoured, best breakfast ever and did not know, mushroom with eggs on toast can taste that good. Massive size can also not end. Oh and ordered the banana bread and again delicious! Great place and thanks for the food and service

Went for Breakfast for the first time and everything was so delicious!! Great menu! Coffee was hot and strong, food was hot and large portion size! Staff were super lovely, I will definitely be back! Can’t wait!

Great lunch! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Special Vietnamese noodle salad and arancini balls were delicious. Setting delightful and booking very efficient. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of having breakfast in The Wickham Boatshed at our last 3 visits in Newcastle and each time we not only enjoyed the food well, but were very impressed by the fast service and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and we are very welcome. There is a wide selection on the menu and all our meals have been made coffee to perfection! Recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere nice for breakfast!!
