What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This restaurant was terrible. They didn't have any steak so they gave me some old, bad meat that made me sick. Every time I go there, they are out of shakes and the food is never fresh like they advertise. The food is always old and chewy and it takes 25 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. View all feedback.
I always have to fix my order. fries are always cold, no matter if I don't want salt.
Service was terrible! We had to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive-through, the food was cold tasteless. Plus, the manners of the person giving us our food was atrocious. We'll not be going here in the future, cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone!
Service in the drive thru was quick. This Mcdonalds allows in store purchases but not to eat in.
My fiancé and I stopped here on the way home from a friend's house. He had his heart set on breakfast, but we were unaware they stopped serving it all day. We quickly changed our order. Well, after we moved to the first window, we decided to grab an order of nuggets for our puppy. We asked the window cashier if we could add on a dollar nugget, and she said, Yeah, sure Then, after she gives us order, we are sitting there waiting for her to ring us up for a dollar nugget. So, after us sitting there for like 2 minutes, she says, Is something wrong, or are you waiting on something else My fiancé says Yeah, the dollar nugget She looks at him like he has 5 heads and was like What? And he repeats, a dollar nugget To which she looks utterly confused. Finally, he says, Never mind And we pull away.Now, I've come to understand that maybe the Dollar Menu is no longer in effect at McDonald's, but she could have explained that to us. Maybe it's just me, but people are totally different nowadays! This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars, also because our crispy chicken sandwiches only had bread, chicken, and a pickle. Where's the sauce and lettuce? So minus 2 stars.
Usually good service here but lately they have been getting the orders incorrect. Ordered 2 deluxe crispy chicken meals. When we got home opened the boxes stating chicken sandwich. They had regular hamburgers in the sandwiches. Photos attached. Didn't bring them back. Had my name put on the customer error log to get replacements in the future. Did eat the hamicken sandwich. Tomato not good. Big disappointment.
