Geets Diner Lounge - Williamstown

Allyssa, our hostess, was fantastic! She was extremely attentive and took great care of us. This is the second time I've had her as a host, and once again, it was a pleasure. The food was excellent too!

I absolutely love Geets! Being from Essex County, it took me a while to find a good diner in the area. I've visited six times, and each experience has been exceptional, especially the service. Their breakfast is fantastic! The burgers are massive, and you absolutely must try the Tuesday special, chicken cacciatore with rice—it's amazing! I'm a bit picky and don't venture out of my comfort zone often, but everything I've tried has impressed me. The staff is always so friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I sat at the bar for the first time today, and even there, the service was the best. I also tried the Monday special, beef stew, and it was incredible—so good that I took leftovers home, and my grandma loved it too!

It's a hometown fave. I lived 5 minutes for 18 years and was a frequent diner. I live now on the west coast, but on our last visit we made sure to stop by. Everything was amazing, we will definitely come back!

I'm orginally from NJ so when I come into town eating at Geet's Diner Bar is a must! Love the food and service! I also love the newly added outside dining!

This was a tough review. I wanted to give them a five star for their customer service because they were prompt, courteous, fast and friendly. But on the other hand I wanted to give them a three star due to the food. We went with a pretty large group so I was able to try quite a variety of foods. I ordered the pot roast which I thought was good but under seasoned I also tried the chicken franchise which I found to be very good, juicy and flavorful. Sadly we ordered a burger medium rare and it came to the table. Well done and dry as well as the cheesesteak sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed the cream of chicken soup and chili. hey believe it after all that we still found room for some desserts. The small little personal strawberry cheesecakes were definitely the highlight of the dinner but the cannoli I found the cream to be good but the shell was partially crunchy and partially soft . So you could see my dilemma on trying to rate it. There were some great aspects of the meal and then some that weren't so good . So my advice is definitely stop and give it a try. Just make sure if you get the cheesesteak or the burger that you make sure you stress medium rare and lightly cooked on the cheesesteak unless you like it. Well done.
