When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by a sign on the door stating that the lobby was closed due to short staffing and that we should use the drive-thru. However, we preferred to dine in so we decided to leave. As we were heading back to our car, a man in the parking lot informed us that we could still dine in despite the sign. Though the atmosphere in the dining room was a bit odd, we went in. The young woman working at the front counter was seated at a table in the lobby, engrossed in something on her phone. She suddenly stood up and approached us without saying a word or even a simple greeting. Despite the lack of hospitality, the food was served hot and was quite tasty. However, I couldn't shake off my irritation towards the sign on the door. It seemed unclear whether they were open to customers or not. When I asked the woman about the sign, she simply replied that they had forgotten to take it down. To my dismay, the sign was still up when I left, and she was back at her table in the dining area. It appeared to me that she simply did not want to do any work, which is why she neglected to remove the sign.

During our visit to the restaurant, the service was disappointing from the start. The waitress seemed disinterested and made mistakes with our order. When we reached the window, our drinks were missing. No one came to check on our table to ensure everything was correct. After waiting 10 minutes to flag down the waitress about missing fries, we were met with indifference. The fries we finally received were overcooked and tasted stale. Overall, the experience was subpar and I do not plan on returning.

The woman working the morning drive-thru was kind and helpful. It was nice to see employees who truly care about their job and customers. I regret not getting her name, she was truly exceptional.

I had a pleasant experience at the early morning drive-thru with a kind, courteous lady who was eager to assist me. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter an employee who not only understands their job but also genuinely cares about their customers. I regret not getting her name, as she truly is an asset to the restaurant.

I always have a perfect experience at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the food is always cooked to perfection. I only eat here now because they never get my order wrong.
