I ordered from the Domino's location in Williamston, North Carolina, and every time my order was fast and hot. Two weeks ago, I called to place an order and reached a call center. They took my order for delivery and charged me an additional $4 for the service, but I never received my order. When I called an hour later, they told me my cold pizza was waiting for me, despite my order being correct. The manager apologized for the mistake and provided me with a fresh pizza free of charge because I am a returning customer. The Domino's location in Williamston, NC is fantastic, but I will avoid using the call center in the future to prevent any issues. I waited for over two hours to receive my food from Domino's, with the order tracker remaining on quality check for an hour. I was disappointed with the long wait time and will not be ordering from this Domino's again.

The cashier, who may also be the manager, had a rude attitude. I don't usually get takeout so I took some time to decide. When I let the person behind me order first, she scolded me and told them to wait. Both of us decided to leave, and personally, I will not be spending any money there from now on.
