What made it not great on this visit was service was... read more We eat here often, today’s visit wasn’t its normal good experience. Food as always was good. Fairly priced. What made it not great on this visit was service was extremely slow. The grill wasn’t crowded and there was an over abundance of employees but the majority of them were just standing around doing nothing. Once seated it took 15 minutes to get waited on.

I was in Jamestown to visit an exhibit and afterwards, I attempted to schedule a reservation for 2 at 4:30 PM but 4:00 PM was the only available slot. Little di... read more I was in Jamestown to visit an exhibit and afterwards, I attempted to schedule a reservation for 2 at 4:30 PM but 4:00 PM was the only available slot. Little did I know until I arrived at the establishment they closed at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:06 PM, within 10 minute threshold. My only negative experience was the comment from the hostess that said they close at 4:00 PM and I inquired why did they accept my reservation if that was the case. Her comment dampened the otherwise enjoyable dining experience and that is why I am posting this review.
