She encouraged me to use the kiosk, even though I was hesitant as an old dad who doesn't like trying new things. The kiosk turned out to work really well, and it was easy to log into my Panera account, which I hadn't used in a while. Many places have reward programs that don't seem to work, but that wasn't the case for Panera. We got our food quickly, it was delicious as always, and the restaurant was very clean. The manager on duty was fantastic, making sure everything was in order, taking care of mobile pickup orders, and offering to clear dishes when customers were finished. He did a great job and I hope he continues to excel in his work.

They... read more This is one of the best dining locations I have ever visited. The staff is friendly, service was quick even during a busy time, and the food was excellent. They offer a diverse menu compared to other places I have been, with vegetarian options available, which is important to me. The only downside was that the baguette was not quite like the ones back home, but that may not be the location's fault. I have only found good baguettes at Panera, which is kind of funny given their name.

My daughter and I visited after Softball practice on April 11th She convinced me to use the kiosk, even though I didn't want to because I'm an old grumpy Dad that doesn't like to try new things lol. Anyways, the kiosk worked really well, and it very easily logged into my Panera account which I hadn't used in a while. A lot of places have some type of rewards program, but they never seem to work well. This was not the case for Panera......WELL DONE. We got our foo

We love Panera, however staff at this location are more concerned with closing while still open then making sure your food is served properly. We ordered at 8:05 pm and our food was served in to go containers as if to say don’t eat in. While we were eating they put up all the chairs and started vacuuming. How lovely! The bakery items were already stowed away. Closing isn’t until 9 pm. Doing these activities while customers are in the store is ridiculous.

They also have a more varied menu than other locations I've seen, including vegetarian options (which is important to me. The only downside is their baguette was subpar similar to the baguettes back home. I don't think this is the location's fault however, only one Panera I've ever been to had good baguettes which is kinda silly considering their name
