What Earl Cassell doesn't like about Marco Polo's Marketplace:
I worked at Busch Gardens back in the 70's. The food was always very good, but, sadly, times have changed. The food is absolutely terrible, and there is no service to speak of. But, it's a theme park, and are we really there to enjoy fine dining? No. I'd go somewhere else, even Hardee's, for a better meal. View all feedback. The place is nice, food looks good, customer service poor. I was told by two of the servers that all the food is cross contaminated. So people who don't eat egg etc, will not be able to eat from this place. View all feedback.
