I visited the restaurant during my lunch break to order steak tacos. When I received my order, I noticed it included lettuce and cheese, which I didn't want. I... read more I visited the restaurant during my lunch break to order steak tacos. When I received my order, I noticed it included lettuce and cheese, which I didn't want. I explained to the manager that I was looking for "street tacos." Instead of addressing my concern, the manager became defensive and frustrated that my order was wrong. On top of that, I was overcharged for something I didn’t want. I understand it may have been a misunderstanding, but all I wanted was my tacos so I could get back to work. The manager did have my order remade, but I felt that combative attitude lingered while I waited. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service.
