I then said “Hi there, did you ask me to wait?” And she said “No, but I’m waiting on your order.”I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and she said “We ran out of fillets a couple minutes ago.”I asked “Even regular chicken sandwiches?”, and she said “THAT’S A FILLET SIRRRRR”#rude but kind of funny.I won’t be going back…. Not just because of her horrible personality which is better suited for NON guest interactions, but the inside of this store always looks unkept and unsanitary.

Roach infested, rude, ghetto place. Service has always been n horrible. No suggestive selling or offering of anything just the best they probably can do. The most the HNIC could say was “ have a good one”. Amazing. Wish I’d never waisted my time to stop! They never have it right anyway! WillSomeone PLEASE teach these folk Professional and Proper Customer Service. How is it that they could hear me up until I started to order. Why do I have to raise my voice! I’ve worked in those places before and they can indeed hear you. And the KFC on Richmond Road is worse than this. The Health Dept needs to take a trip in there and swab the counters, and check to see if the toilets have been cleaned. Pocahontas has clean bathrooms but rude and deaf folk working. Somebody sharpen the hiring and recruiting pool. It’s a mess. Poor representation of what they claim they work to provide. If you want an excellent experience in a KFC these two are not it! I knew that when I observed their cleaning methods. They need to be shut down and reopened with new staff and other HNIC who know how to properly handled conflict! With her none hearing! None speaking self!Sounding just like she fresh out of “ da kitchun”. Havvvvs a gundinn!
