Very light, airy and toasty crust with a moist, succulent center. How's thisfor local ingredients, in the summer there are planter boxes full of tomatoes, basil and other herbs growing in the courtyard.My wife and I retired to Williamsburg a few years back and are busy spending our kids inheritance on eating out, this is notjust the best pizza in town it is also some of the best food in the area.
