Guests praise occasional friendly staff and accurate online pickups, but experience is inconsistent: long waits, limited or stale pastry selection, messy dining areas and uneven service point to staffing and management issues. Expect solid coffee but variable food freshness and slow service during busy periods.

We placed online orders here twice during our stay in the area. The ordering system was efficient, and our orders were accurate each time. The only downside was that the wait time was a bit lengthy on our first visit, but that might have been due to a high volume of customers ahead of us. Overall, it’s a solid Dunkin' to visit.
The rude demeanor of the woman in charge is likely to be the main reason this location closes down. For the third time this month, she has refused to prepare anything other than hot coffee or sweet tea. This is after waiting for 10 minutes at the drive-thru sign while she finishes her conversation, which is audible through the speaker. She selectively decides what she will make, and if you don't catch everything she says the first time, she responds with a condescending "what I just said, if you had been listening." When I asked for a water and questioned the $2.50 charge for it and the $1.00 for a "pup cup," she retorted, “I could be really nasty and charge you whatever I want.” She is a short, Black woman with glasses and always has a scowl on her face, often making rude remarks if you encounter her in person. It’s surprising that she can work anywhere, especially in a customer service role. I won’t be returning!
Showed up 20 mins before they opened. The lady was doing her prep work and gave me a free cup of coffee while I waited. She also gave my kids some free donut holes. On top of everything she refused a tip because You 're on vacation, enjoy yourself . Wish I could give more stars.
If I could I would rate 0 stars our food was burnt, the cashier was rude, they didn’t greet or aknowledge
