Floor was sticky, both drink machines broken, napkin holders empty, ketchup machine had weird goop sticking out. Over all dirty place. Not the Burgerfi experience I'm used

There was just a kiosk to place orders. I cannot speak of the food quality. We waited 5 minutes and no one came out, so we left. I have young children, we cannot wait for slow service. Other customers left behind us!

Was told they will attempt to fix the frozen custardmachine at some point and the new manager has placed temporary signs clearly stating what is unavailable/out of order. Also opentill 8pm Sun Thurs and 9pm Fri Sat *NOT 10pm yet*. UPDATE (Spring 2022 : This location didn?t accept cash as a form of payment,they removed frozen custard from the menu, both soda machines are constantly out of everything but water, no soap in mensbathroom, the app scanners don?t work properly, and they close and lock the doors at 7:45pm daily not 10pm. Originalreview: This location had been hit or miss for me regarding food quality and customer service but after my most recent visit I?mfeeling optimistic about this location! I ordered a junior BurgerFi cheeseburger, a drink, and a frozen custard concrete. Thefood was great, and the customer service was the best I?ve had anywhere in a long time! The gentleman who took my order compedmy drink after telling them about my last experience at this location which he didn?t have to do! They also made me a custom OhMy Chocolate! concrete (O.M.C! which hasn?t been on the menu in years! Also you can customize any concrete just ask them whatmix ins they have! If you want an O.M.C! Just do the following: order a caramel fudge bar concrete ask for chocolate frozencustard instead of vanilla ask for chocolate syrup instead of caramel add Oreo and chocolate sprinkles if youwant (Ingredients: Chocolate frozen custard, brownie, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles, and Oreos if youwant I?ve noticed a lot of the negative reviews for this location are for to go or delivery orders, but I think you?re goingto have a much better experience if you order and eat at the restaurant!

The milksh... read more The food is good, unfortunately the beer wasn 't available due to managment change and Virginia alchohol laws but it was explained very nicely to us. The milkshake machines were also down, not sure why but we came for the food. This was a firsttime visit , I tried a Juicy Lucy Burger which was fabulous, the flavor of the patties with 2 cheeses and the sweet tomatorelish was excellent. Gave the truffle fries a go on request, not my cup of tea they were good just COVERED in sauce and youkind of miss the whole fries side dish thing. Read about the special beef burgers, excited to try next time hopefully thedrinks will be working then. Overall a good burger bite, will return the atmosphere was pleasant and I enjoyed how friendly thestaff were.
