Nice customer service, and somewhat off the beaten path in terms of the mainstreet in colonial Williamsburg, providing a slight escape from the main crowd. Most importantly, great tasting ice cream!

I was surprised how good it is!This location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, period. The location is clean, well staffed and busy without feeling overwhelming or cluttered with people. I’ve been to this location twice now and plan to come back whenever I walk around downtown.I had a cute date with my Partner, we got Ice Cream in a cone and walked around at night chatting and window shopping. I am unsure of the staff member’s name who served us, but they were so friendly and really sold us on a few flavors.If you’re in the area, stop by! The location is right in the middle of everything, very convenient and a great option if you need some coffee ASAP without all the hassle of a conventional coffee shop.
