To make matters worse, I later learned that the employee was actually the owner, Matt. I simply don’t understand how the owner could be so uninterested in helping us find a solution. He could have easily allowed us to use the gift certificate without worrying about the code, but instead, there wasn’t even a hint of a discount offered. Awesome place. Friendly service and an overall amazing experience! Awesome job to Joseph for his skills with teaching and with a hatchet.
The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were excellent. We celebrated my son's 19th birthday there, and we had a wonderful time.
To make matters worse, I later learned that the employee was actually the owner, Matt. I simply don’t understand how the owner could be so uninterested in helping us find a solution. He could have easily allowed us to use the gift certificate without worrying about the code, but instead, there wasn’t even a hint of a discount offered. This is exceptionally poor customer service, especially given that we had a valid certificate for the establishment. Having previously enjoyed an outing at Axe, it’s disheartening to leave feeling like it was our fault and to be out $60. It’s hard to believe we’ll ever return, and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to others.
What an amazing experience!!! Hank was our ?guide? and we fell in love with him. He was patient and personable and truly made this a memorable experience for us. It was myself, my son, daughter, niece, and 2 friends (21, 14, 16, 22 20). All of us hada lot of fun and can?t wait to do it again.
AMAZING? Just absolute amazing! I had a wonderful time. Everyone was very cool and our trainer was very nice. I highly recommend going. You don?t even have to have experience to go and throw. Will definitely be back again. Worth the drive from Richmond, VA!Also, food was great! Thanks for the awesome experience!
