I'm in a semi-truck and they expect me to stand in line with cars. That’s not safe; vehicles can bump into one another, and I have no protection standing among them. I don’t even want to eat inside, just to place my order and leave. Looks like we'll have to go to McDonald's instead.

I had to add the... read more I was disappointed with Arby's Prime Rib Cheesesteak. The sandwich lacked flavor, had very little meat, and the presentation was underwhelming. I had to add their horsey sauce and mustard just to get some taste. However, their curly fries from the menu were excellent. The service was good as well.
