What Madisyn Beer doesn't like about A 8 Chinese:
So disappointed. For beginners, the amount of rice we were given was not almost enough to finish the chicken. There was hardly any taste beside salt on the sesame chicken. I honestly believe this place is in business because the people of this city have nothing to compare. I had $38. The gentleman who took my order was very polite. Probably the only good of this whole experience. View all feedback.
This is my third time. The food is always really good, we moved to a neighboring city over a year ago, it is the best Chinese food we have been able to find up. Good prices and fast service every time.
This restaurant was recommended by an employee, and that was my first visit. It is located right in Williamsburg, about 3 miles south of Interstate 80 and the Outlet Mall. Many cornered parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance (note: I visited on Saturday; it could be more difficult to park during the week when more companies are open in the square). The decor was attractive and the stand was comfortable. Diners were at a distance and the interior was quite spacious. We sat immediately and the young male server was attentive during the meal. Lunch specialities under $10 are available every day. The hot and acid soup had many mushrooms, the egg roll was freshly roasted, and the Kung Pao Triple Delight was generous. I noticed that the spices contain saffron I liked. The server brought the credit card station to our booth for checkout. Overall, this was a satisfying and tasty meal and definitely worth a stop when you shop in the nearby outlet mall.
The staff is friendly, atmosphere very welcoming. Crane Rangoons are particularly good!
This is my first time ordering from here. If I could rate it less, I would. The honey chicken seems like it was just pieces of loose bits of fried flour tossed in a flour and water slurry. And I asked for combination fried rice only to receive regular fried rice. The guy there that took my order was nice but I can?t say I would order from there again.
A friend had her family come from all over the country to help with renovating her house. Someone asked if there was a good Chinese food restaurant close by. I immediately suggested A-8. Everyone had something different from the menu and all gave your restaurant 4-5 Stars ????. Thank you for your wonderful service and great food.
