What User doesn't like about Rod's Steak House:
My family dined here on December 18th 2007. There was only one server and he had a poor, unprofessional attitude. The rolls were stale, the coffee was cold, and the soup was too salty. We ordered steaks and BBQ ribs. The ribs were dry, like they have been sitting under a heat lamp too long. My steak which was a top sirloin was chewy, and the potatoes were overcooked. Rod's was a charming little steakhouse experience in town. We dined there every year during our visits. Unfortunately, it has now closed, and we were disappointed to have to find another place to eat. The other restaurants just don't capture the same atmosphere that Rod's did. Five stars plus! The best prime rib I've ever had! The service was incredibly friendly and fast!
