This little franchise has changed hands several times in recent years but the quality of the service and the coffee has survived intact. What User doesn't like about Jamaica Blue:
I recently visited Jamaica Blue in Riverton and noticed that it had changed ownership. I decided to give their coffee another try, but unfortunately, it was terrible. It tasted like water and was very weak. I don't understand why they make their coffee so weak. I will not be returning for their coffee again. View all feedback.
A regular hangout. Coffee always hot and smooth. Fresh meals and fabulous staff. Highly recommend the potato cakes with salmon. Yummy

Sit outside for less noise and better conversation and to view the world passing by. Prices are most reasonable.
I love this place as the service is so friendly the coffee is good but on weekends I find it a bit more average so it all depends on who serves you. They're great with my daughter who loves ordering and paying for her Baby cino. The food is tasty and I love their peppermint teas.
Went to the Jamaica Blue and found it to be fairly well patronised. Regardless of the fact that they were busy the Reception desk Staff still found the time to acknowledge me and my wife. We stood back for a while whilst we decided on what we would request. Once decided we approached the Desk and proceded to place our "Order". All of a sudden the Staff Member told me it was my Birthday and as such my Coffee and a slice of cake of my choice would be complimentary. I was impressed it had been a while since my previous visit which was also my 1st and I must have joined their "Loyalty" program. Anyway we were there for Lunch so we continued to place our "Order" and proceeded to a vacant Table. Within approx 8 mins we were enjoying our Meal. It was large, fresh and exactly as I liked it. My wife also complimented the size of her plate and its freshness. Excellent considering we were there at a busy time. Staff are clearly attentive, efficient and friendly. This Outlet is located in a small to medium sized shopping centre which already houses about 6 similar style Cafe's plus a couple of other style ones. But I don't think it will have a problem if they continue to value their Customers based on the way I was treated. Keep up the good work Jamaica Blue Riverton because I highly recommend you.
Want someone else to cook your Breakfast for you? Or Lunch, or Dinner? Then a visit to the eatery known as Jamaica Blue in the Stockland Shopping Centre, Riverton of Western Australia is a good place to have any or all of the above cooked for you. The prices are really very fair, something that cannot be said for many places of this ilk. The Range of choices is also fairly good and it is all done freshly - so don't expect your choice to miraculously appear in the blink of an eye. The Service is very good and the Staff quite attentive. They do have a "loyalty" club, and this is the only thing I can fault! The points that are accumulated can only be spent on Coffees, not toward Meals etc. However they are easily accumulated and you only need 25 for a "Free" coffee. They also celebrate your Birthday with a Coffee of your choice and a slice of Cake, again of your choice from the entire range, not just of the 3 cheapest. The Staff tend to treat you as a friend, which does lower the temperature if you are having a bad day - though for some people that type of service is not always welcome I realise.I've been to this Jamaica Blue a few times now, apart from having now become my Coffee break of choice, it was to ensure that the excellent service I experienced was not a "one-off" thing, which I'm pleased to say, it wasn't - consistent, it was.Try it - you'll enjoy the break.
