Coronado Vineyards - Willcox

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The staff was amazing, and both the wine and food were top-notch. I also found some lovely items in the gift shop.

I visited this winery in Wilcox last Friday and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and it was clear they weren't interested in our presence. As a result, we decided to leave without spending any money. We frequent many wineries and have never encountered such a poor experience before.

The wine selection is fantastic. The food comes out hot fresh and so delicious.

We had a pleasant visit to the winery and bought two bottles of wine. However, when we opened them at home, we discovered they were still fermenting in the bottle. The owner, Roxanne, offered to let me return them, but it would require a four-hour drive. Unfortunately, that was the only resolution provided. This will be my last visit to Coronado Vineyards, and I cannot recommend them. I have been a member of wine clubs for over 30 years, and I understand how to properly store and enjoy wine. I was very disappointed with this winery. We bought wines from four different wineries, and all of them were as good as, if not better than, what we tasted. Expecting us to drive several hours to return faulty wine is unacceptable and reflects poor business practices.

The owners own other Businesses. Mr. Hicks lied to his entire staff at the pairing room and told them he was closing the restaurant but come to find out he lied and just basically fired everyone except or 1 employee. He didn't pay the employees their last checks and the list goes on and on of what is so called ex cop and lawyer did to these people and their families. He is a disgusting human being.
