Bbq at least good Bbq is hard to find and this place is a Diamond in the Desert. The Brisket was nice and moist lots of smoke flavor. Chicken great smoke and not dry with crisp skin. All the side were delicious. View all feedback.
What LSV doesn't like about Big Tex Bbq:
Pros: 1. Husband liked the ribs said they were very good Cons: 1 . I ordered just nachos with jalapeño and cheese. The cheese was slopped on CHEESE WHIZ yes CHEESE WHIZ with a few sliced canned jalapenos. Disgusting. I asked for sour cream so I could scrape off the CHEESE WHIZ and use sour cream instead.
