Employees at this location are not trained properly. Did not know to enter a coupon. Several people in line had coupons they told people they would not accept them. I managed to talk to somebody that was there and made sure View all feedback.
Horrible customer service I haven?t received my refund when they messed up my order and they didn?t even want to replace my sandwich they messed up. Never go to this subway unless you want to be disappointed by the quality of the food. WILL NEVER BEGOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

The sandwiches were excellent. The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and prepared my order promptly. I will definitely be returning.
The staff at this location seem to lack proper training. They were unaware of how to apply a coupon, and I overheard multiple customers in line being told that their coupons would not be accepted. Fortunately, I was able to speak to someone who helped clarify the situation.
As usual, the customer service was excellent, and the food was flawless.
