He let her know he had found me and then menti... read more I waited for about 20 minutes until a young man came out while talking on the phone, presumably with his manager. He let her know he had found me and then mentioned that they didn't have the kind of tortilla I had requested for my wrap, which was confusing since the app indicated my order was ready! I told him I was okay with a different wrap option, and he offered me a couple of cookies as an apology, which I accepted. Before he went back inside, he asked me to park in front of the doors next time because he had trouble locating me. I explained that there were no available spots at the front when I arrived, and he apologized for the mix-up. Another 10 minutes passed before another young man came out with my order and apologized for the delay. However, there were no cookies in the bag. In the end, I drove away over half an hour after my scheduled pickup time. The food was delicious, but they really need to improve the app to ensure it accurately reflects the order status and to designate specific parking spots for curbside pickup.

Avoid this Subway if you want to avoid disappointment with both the food quality and service. I will never return to this location.
