I went through the drive thru and got my food right away. I had a good experience in every respect. My only complaint is very low. There was a little too much sauce in my Burrito premium. It was a mess. Apart from that, the food was great. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I live just outside of Willard and occasionally we visit Taco Bell. In the past, we didn't have any issues, but the last 3 or 4 times they have completely messed up our order. I do not recommend going there. I have decided to stop going there because I am tired of paying for items and not receiving what I paid for. View all feedback.
Went inside to order due to the line in the drive thru. Only way to order was with a kiosk. The kiosk only allows you to text or email your receipt. So when I told the employee I needed a receipt they had to go to the office to weed through orders to get me a receipt. I didn't have to time to wait. So I had to leave without a receipt.
It takes way longer to order using the touch screen then it would to speak to a person.
Excellent ride thru service. The food was fresh and delicious. Many competitors can learn from this facility how to serve customers!
