**Restaurant Review: Tida Thai - A Mixed Bag of Flavors** Tida Thai is a casual eatery known for its straightforward approach to Thai cuisine. Diners appreciate its generous portion sizes and value, making it a go-to spot for quick meals. However, while some dishes, like the chilli fish and green curry, shine with flavor, others fall short, often lacking the authenticity that Thai food lovers seek. The decor is minimalistic and uninviting, leading most patrons to choose takeout over dining in. Despite its inconsistencies, Tida Thai remains popular, particularly for its reliable staples, making it a solid option for those in need of a fast Thai fix.

Was User at Tida Thai a mag?
If you're looking for a quick Thai meal, this is the spot to visit. The restaurant features simple, minimalistic decor, and the furniture is standard. It's really just about getting a meal and being satisfied. Typically, their Thai dishes are quite tasty, but today the Pandan chicken was tough and overcooked. They also offer a few random Japanese and Chinese dishes, which I haven't really felt compelled to try. The p... View all feedback.

We dined at Tida Thai on Saturday night with a friend. When we visited Tida six months ago, we remembered the food being quite good. Around 7 PM, we ordered the chicken chili, chicken basil chili, and chicken lemon rampart with steamed rice. The service was efficient, and our meals arrived promptly, but we were disappointed to find that all three dishes looked similar, essentially stir-fried chicken with different sauces. There was no sign of lemongrass or basil, making it difficult to distinguish between the dishes. Each plate consisted primarily of chicken with broccoli and bell peppers. The rice was also sticky and unappetizing. Overall, we were quite disappointed and don't think we will return anytime soon.
While the service was prompt and the food arrived on time, we were disappointed to find that all three dishes appeared similar, essentially just chicken stir-fried with different sauces. There was no hint of lemongrass or basil, making it difficult to distinguish between the dishes. Each plate seemed to be just chicken served with sauce, broccoli, and bell peppers. The rice was sticky and unappetizing. Overall, we were quite let down and don't anticipate returning anytime soon.

To Alex... your cooking is truly amazing, my friend!
We visited Tida Thai on Saturday night since a friend was staying with us. Having been there over six months ago, we expected the food to be good. We arrived at 7 PM and ordered Chicken Chili, Chicken Basil Chili, and Chicken Lemongrass with steamed rice. While the service was prompt and the food arrived on time, all three dishes looked remarkably similar—like chicken stir-fry with different sauces. There was no sign of lemongrass or basil, making it difficult to distinguish one dish from another. Essentially, we received three plates of chicken accompanied by broccoli and peppers in sauce. The steamed rice was also mushy, leaving us feeling quite disappointed overall. I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon.
