Best Vegetarian Sushi in town. Their vegetarian sushi is the best I have ever tasted amongst other places! I swear they have at least 8 different ingredients in there.. surprisingly all goes well together! They also have brown rice option- still moist, delightful and value for money! <br/ <br/ Other times when I feel like a small snack I love to pop by and grab their samosa, spring roll or miso soup for all just $1. Where else can you find such good value these days. <br/ <br/ Not to mention efficient and friendly service all the time, this is my favourite go-to lunch place in the city especially when I'm really short of time. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely fresh sushi and rice paper rolls every time! Love the sauce that goes with the rice paper roll. I think it's delicious and very value for money.

Vegetarian sushi is the best I've tried, and the squid seaweed salad is my favourite too.

Oh wow!. Ever since returning from a brief sojourn in Melbourne I've been dissatisfied with sushi in Perth, but I tried the vegetarian sushi at Shimizu last week and it was so amazing I returned today for a large size : <br/ <br/ It survived the hot trip home on a jolting bus and was beautiful and fresh. The colours of the vege sushi especially is wonderful, and contain so many great tastes!

So yummy!. The best California sushi I've ever had! Beef sushi is lovely too. Getting sushi after 5pm is convenient, 2 trays of 4 for $6 and 2 trays of 8 for $12 :
