Food was delicious!!! Service was even better!!! We decided to order things we never tried. The Stuffed Shells were incredible! We have the Fried Ravioli for a starter. It was good, but not our favorite. All in all we had an amazing meal!!! Now it's nap time!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
I was kinda disappointed. I guess that Covid has destroyed how this place used to function. We were never offered any wine, bread sticks were limited to a total of 3, and an individual salad a piece. I remember they used to serve unlimited bread sticks, with unlimited salad, and they always offered the wine of the day. Our server was very nice and did his job well. Just really dissatisfied with the Olive Garden's cha... View all feedback.
Breadsticks were not warm or crusty-just dough. Ordered “make my own pasta”Tons of pasta- scant sauce-creamy? No! Maybe 3 mushrooms sliced in it. Dreadful! The waitress was super nice. Not going back. For my entree, I could buy a lot of pasta for $13.
Someone put a lot of effort into making the place comfortable and attractive. Too bad that the team doesn't think that the restrooms need constant attention. One of the waiters walked in to prim himself before his shift and avoided looking at the mess. It's a good thing that it was raining so that I could wipe my shoes off on the wet grass. It was very nice of them to offer veterans a meal on the house. I had a safe and comfortable desk job in the Air Force so I didn't take them up on it because it would be an insult to the spirit and intent of their generosity.
Terrible experience! My daughter ordered the gluten free rotini and ended up with spaghetti noodles in her dish that she didnt see until she was halfway through, so before we even left her stomach was in knots. Glasses were empty most of the meal, ended up eating salad off the appetizer plates, had a stack of salad bowls, plates from the appetizers and the appetizer's serving dishes on the table the whole meal. Server wasn't around most of the time until it was time to pay the check and the card kiosk didn't work. So she handed me the bill and stood over me while I was reviewing the bill and she reeked of cigarettes.
Called after a small family funeral and they accommodated a group of 21 for lunch with about 20 minutes notice. The young man host had our tables set and ready in a back room, our server was fast, accurate and helpful with kids menus and high chairs...we couldn't be more grateful to these 2 employees as no one in our group had thought ahead, considering the circumstances.
Used to love going here, but over the last couple years the service has gotten worse and worse. The following is in contrast to how it used to be, this was not always the case. My husband always orders the Alfredo dipping sauce and it's supposed to come with endless bread sticks. They brought three bread sticks and the soup and didn't show up again until the entrees were ready. The second appearance was when we were done eating and about to pay. No more soup, bread or drinks for the whole meal. Server finally refilled my husband's empty drink on request (first refill of whole meal) as we paid at the table. The prices are much higher and service is worse and they seem to actively avoid giving you drink refills and endless soup/bread sticks by not showing up to the table until the very end. The food is still very good (at least what we ordered) but it's not worth it for the bad experience. This is now the third time in a row we have had the same poor experience.
