Deans Southern Bistro - Wilkesboro

A nice southern style family restaurant, locally owned and operated. All food, including sweets, are hand-made with extra love and care. The service was very good, with friendly staff who feel like family. There's plenty of spacious and comfortable seating, including a private roomed off area. There are flat screens with family television, and lovely decor, including a portrait of the owner. I'd encourage any family, or even single diners, to give this place a try.

First visit and will return. Yes the service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait. It is laid back and friendly. The staff helped each other out and were very friendly. We enjoyed the food. Good Southern home cooking!

The food at this restaurant was amazing! Our waitress, Mary, provided exceptional service. She was very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to Mary and the chef for a wonderful dining experience.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The carrot cake was out of this world. We recently moved to the area and this was our first visit, but we are already looking forward to going back.

I highly recommend trying anything on the menu at this restaurant! It is the best in North Carolina for both dining in and catering services.
