What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Cheeseburger was well cooked....like rubber and bread was burned, not roasted. Of course we were driven to thru by the ride and didn't know how bad the food was until we were back on the road. Very recommended to check the food before leaving. Ugh! Waste of my earned money. View all feedback.
Well, McDonald's has done it again, and it's not exactly known for quality or customer service. This morning, I decided to treat myself to a pineapple smoothie, but the first one I received was poorly blended. The ingredients, syrup, and milk were definitely separated, and the ice chunks were so large that I couldn't drink it through the straw. I went back inside, and the manager took the drink from me right away and kindly offered to remake it. However, the new smoothie didn't even fill the cup; it looked like she just dumped it back into the blender and quickly poured it back out. For a $4 drink, it should at least be filled or maybe have some whipped cream on top. Instead, I got a cup that appeared as if someone had already been sipping on it for ten minutes!
She spoke to the managers—one with green hair and another named Rachael, who was heavyset with blonde hair. The young lady informed them that the customer missing the McDonald’s Doubles was back, so they knew they had made a mistake. Rachael was extremely rude. She grabbed my food, threw it into a bag, and tossed it over her shoulder, saying "Here" without offering any apology. This behavior from Rachael is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on someone in her position. My order was ice cold, and I deserve an apology and a replacement for the incorrect order. I want to escalate this issue to corporate and will leave a negative review online if I don’t hear from someone soon. Action needs to be taken regarding Rachael’s conduct. This experience was entirely unsatisfactory.
This is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink and some food. The staff were incredibly friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. The gentleman at the register was very polite and courteous; I think his name was Tyler.
This manager needs recognition for his hard work and dedication and PATIENCE. He was trying to temporarily close the lobby for the safety of guests due to a large, unexpected influx of customers due to people evacuating from Hurricane Ian. People keptentering the locked lobby(me included not knowing the door was locked since another guest was holding the door open. Thismanager was still polite and orders were continually coming out with an efficient team.
Closed the doors at 8:20 PM and wouldn?t allow us in. People were in eating but no one would open the door and it says everywhere that it is open
