Miz Kathi's Cotillion Southern Cafe

I'm not sure what type of cuisine this is, but the flavors are quite bland. The prices are very high for an ambiance that feels like it's furnished with your Aunt Tilly's old quilts.

Delicious food served family-style. The desserts are amazing, especially the hummingbird cake—it's a must-try! I've been dining at Miz Kathy's for years and highly recommend it.

I ordered the SUNSET SHRIMP GOOD 'OL BOY, which featured hand-breaded shrimp fried to order and tossed in a key lime chili sauce, served on a soft hoagie with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. For my side, I chose baked beans. Coming from the baked bean capital of the country, I can say these were very good, just like the sandwich. The portion sizes were generous. I heard their desserts are outstanding, but I decided to skip it this time. However, I'll definitely be back for another visit!

Nice small intimate casual place. One of us had the pulled pork sandwich, one had the shrimp salad sandwich and one had the shrimp pore boy sandwich and all was good. The service was also good. May want to call to see if you need a reservation.

Quaint, cute place but recommend a reservation as small inside but worth it! Great lunch options, enjoyed my salad, will try something new each time....
