Charming family-owned business located in the Crest, at the southern end of the boardwalk. We always make it a point to stop by 3-4 times during our summer visits! The ice cream, crepes, zeppoles, and more are all exceptional! They also accept all major credit cards. Every visit here is consistently wonderful. View all feedback.
What Juanma Santiago doesn't like about Hershey's Ice Cream Wildwood:
I was somewhat disappointed with the milkshakes. The photos on the website look enticing, but I was hoping for more. Given that there's a Dairy Queen next door, I thought I had made the right choice by coming here, but I do regret not going to the one next door. The staff were extremely friendly, so I don’t have any complaints about them, but my expectations weren’t met. I suggest paying a bit more attention to the m... View all feedback.
There are a lot of places to go in Wildwood for ice cream but we are here in September post-Labor Day and many of them are closed. Fortunately we decided to stroll down to the boardwalk on the off chance we would find a place open and found Hershey's Ice Cream Wildwood. Not only was the ice cream great and generously served but the customer service was friendly and fast plus they have Lavazza espresso available which went great with the scoops. I highly recommend this place of you're in the mood for a treat down by the beach.
Friendly service and delicious ice cream. If you can't decide, go with the waffle sundae :
Place isn't bad but the milkshakes aren't their thing. The pictures looks great in the web page but I was a little disappointed.
My sister-in-law suggested Hershey's. It was a treat! The peanut butter and chocolate crepe is delicious! Their soft serve ice cream is awesome too! They have dozens of flavours. The carmel was rich and tasty! I had a strawberry smoothy too. It was refreshing and not overly sweat. Ordered at the counter and food arrived fast... Those who work there friendly too. Highly recommended.
Went there saturday for jeep invasion, looking for ice cream for my daughter, there was a young girl who i repeat her 4 times i want 2 hot dogs to go. And she didn't understand and was looking at me weird, iam not sure is because of my accent because iam hispanic but i speak really good English and hot dog it says and understand in both language, after the 4th time, a old lady came from the back trying to see what was happening, by the moment she came i was spelling hot dogs to the girl. I think she got mad, because when she gave the hot dogs i ask her nicely if she can give me a back or something, because i had to walk like 6 min to get to my car. She reply in a very rude mood, (oh you didn't say to go) and i told her that i told the young girl to go. She just turn without saying anything leaving me speking alone, i treat people always in a nice way specially in a public place where you are a costumer, but i had a really bad experience in this place i think they looked at my hispanic and i was treated like that for racism.Definitely never coming back to these place.
