Mcdonald's - Wilder

Drive thru, about 40 minutes til close. Ordered a modified mcdouble, drink, and side of bacon. Staff were extra kind. Best McDonald's I've had I a while, fresh bacon and no pretending the frappe machine was down. Excellent.

I'm appalled by the behavior of the manager Dez at this location. This little girl comes in 3/16 around 4, and she screams at her to get over to her, then proceeds to tear her a new one in front of customers and her coworkers over her texting someone the night before. While there's this two little girls in the back snickering and laughing while they've been on their phones since I got into the restaurant and have gotten nasty with several people and just been standing around doing nothing. The double standards of that lady are unbelievable. IF YOUR GOING TO REPRIMAND ONE EMPLOYEE ABOUT SOMETHING HOLD THE SAME STANDARDS TO ALL OF THEM AND DO IT IN A PRIVATE AREA INSTEAD OF HUMILIATING YOUR EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.

Better than Newport location. Always fast very friendly service.

Went through drive-through they forgot parts of my order I called in, gave them my name went back to the next day to get it and they acted like I was trying to steal from them kayla the manager at this location is very rude I put this up yesterday this store has a manager name Drake very nice guy called me and apologized and made it right. I only wanted what I was entitled to so thank you for that.

Went here last night around 9:30p and ordered 5 vanilla cones. There was one young man (he said his name is Emory he has a ponytail) working the order window AND he was rushing back and forth to fulfill the cone order. This guy can HUSTLE!! Really pleased to see him busting out a busy night and with a great attitude. I told him he needs a raise and he said to let his boss (Deserae) know; so Deserae, please get this man a promotion/raise!
