Despite being promised a refund, she never received one. She has tried calling them repeatedly, but no one answers the phone. We are extremely upset.

The food was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it took 2 hours to arrive. The delivery man apologized for the delay, but it was still a long wait. To mak... read more The food was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it took 2 hours to arrive. The delivery man apologized for the delay, but it was still a long wait. To make matters worse, we discovered a long hair in one of the dishes, which completely ruined our appetite. It was difficult to contact the restaurant as all of the phone numbers were out of service.
