I drank in the channel turn at a series of locations and enjoy their atmosphere. the current renter appears occasionally and seems to lower the mood. a pretty young lady working over the weekend is a loan to the pub, she seems to do most work and ensures that the customers are kept happy.
Wow, Paige is an absolute star! She serves 3-4 people at a time with a smile and manners that are rare to find in many pubs. I will definitely be returning just for the incredible service, not just the great beer.
The outdoor seating area is lovely and in compliance with COVID restrictions. Drinks are reasonably priced.
I highly recommend this pub as it is very friendly with a good atmosphere, reasonable prices, and good service. It caters to all age groups.
