The food was authentic, fresh and oh so tasty. We had 5 dishes to share, that was plenty for the two of us. The cod loin so tender, the baked aubergine dish was fresh and yummy too, along with the medjool dates stuffed with goat's cheese and the spicy pumpkin special. The place was more or less full by 6pm including a party of around 10. Staff handled this really well and service was great throughout. Shame we live in a different town or we would be there regularly!

My husband and I received a complimentary glass of Prosecco, which was a lovely gesture. The food was extremely fresh and delicious, all authentic with no frozen items. The staff were all very friendly and the service was fast. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I would like to give the restaurant full stars but my slight reduction of rating from very good to excellent was only due to the slow response of the waitress. She was alone doing both bar and waiting tables. However, it was a quiet evening and could have been slightly more reactive. Having said that, the food and drink was excellent and we will return again.
