It's been a while since I was last here and I remember it being a nice little place, but I was shocked by the new decor. The whole place looks like it's been painted with leftover battleship grey paint. It's not very inviting at all.

Despite usually dining elsewhere in the area, we decided to give this place a try. However, upon arriving, we were informed that they no longer serve food, despite still being advertised as a restaurant. We were in a rush and unfamiliar with the area, so we had to quickly find another place to eat.

As a result, we decided to leave.

Popped in for a quick pint before football as enjoy Moorhouse beers,Excellent quality , good range of beer , good prices.and ready made cobs which were excellen... read more Popped in for a quick pint before football as enjoy Moorhouse beers,Excellent quality , good range of beer , good prices.and ready made cobs which were excellent. Went back afterwards and had the best roast dinner I have had in ages. Fantastic quality , large portion and great price . Pub was busy with good mix of locals, Excellent Jukebox , great service from all staff. Will definitley re-visit when in area, .
