Contribute FeedbackThe overall experience at this McDonald's location seems to be characterized by slow service, lack of attentiveness from staff, and issues with accuracy in orders. Multiple customers reported long wait times, ignored customers, and mistakes in food orders. While some found humor in the working McFlurry machine, others were frustrated with the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from the staff. These incidents led disappointed patrons to express their intention of not returning to the restaurant.
All staff that slow you are stood waiting while they think about what they are getting. Get up and go got up and gone. No personality or customer service
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. I ordered a McFlurry and it took nearly 30 minutes to receive it. The staff completely ignored customers waiting to order at the registers. I would recommend avoiding this place if you aren't willing to wait.
My partner went to this McDonalds and asked for 5 chicken selects x 2. when we got home i opened my box and there was only 4 selects in my box but there was 5 selects in my partners box. i have tried to ring the store 12 times and not once did they answer, i think the clown that boxed them up needs to go back to school and learn how to count, i will even buy him/her a abacus is needs must,
I was ignored for up to five minutes while standing at the checkout counter. When I was finally acknowledged, I was rudely told to use the computer screen to place my order. This lack of customer service skills is appalling, and I wonder what happens to people who can't order this way. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I visited the George section of the shop and needed assistance with checking stock on an item, but there was no staff available. The self-serve staff advised me to speak with customer services, who said they would contact someone from George to help. However, the customer services woman (Madeline or similar name) told me to check myself, even though I had already done so and there was no item available. She claimed she couldn't find the number for George or use the tannoy system. Another staff member suggested that the customer services should use the tannoy to call someone over, but both the customer services woman and the first staff member said they couldn't do that. Eventually, a different staff member agreed to use the tannoy, but even then, no one came to assist me. Frustrated with the lack of customer service, I left the store. To make matters worse, when I went to the restroom, I discovered feces on the toilet roll holder and on the rail. It was absolutely disgusting and overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.
